Best Experience of My Life

I entered Miss Cumbria whilst I was walking through town and happened to get scouted for a photo. It’s not something I would have signed myself up for so I’m so glad I got spotted because it was the best experience of my life!

The whole experience was amazing but I have to say that it is such a confidence booster getting up on the stage in front of the crowd.

Taking part in Miss Cumbria gave me so much more confidence and it’s made me want to carry on modelling.

If you’re thinking of entering – Go for it!!! It’s amazing!

I can’t explain how much I loved taking part in the miss Cumbria final I loved every minute of it and hopefully one day I get to do it again.

I Had an Amazing Time

It was originally one of my best friends who entered me for Miss Cumbria; because I was determined I wouldn’t even get past the first stage. It just shows you how wrong you can be!

I had an amazing time, and entering me was definitely one of the best things my friends have done.

Since the experience I’ve had a MASSIVE confidence boost, which helps in more than just modelling. That’s the best part of the whole experience, but during the finals, the best part was the friends we all made throughout the day!

I’ve had a huge confidence boost from taking part in Miss Cumbria and I’m not afraid to pick clothes that make me stand out any more. I have worn totally different styles of clothes, and tried so many new things with hair and make-up. I picked up lots of style tips from the other girls.

If you’re thinking of entering Miss Cumbria, you won’t be disappointed! All the team are LOVELY, you have great fun, and a huge confidence boost by the end!

I would definitely do it again!

Go For It

I entered Miss Cumbria because I felt that the experience would be really good for me. I had seen it advertised in the paper and I thought I would give it a go. I hadn’t had any other experience with anything like this before.

The best part of the experience was the official day of Miss Cumbria. Meeting all of the other girls and working with professionals was really good fun, I learnt a lot from it.

Taking part in Miss Cumbria gave me the confidence to go on to achieve anything I set my mind at. I never thought I would have got as far as I did, so it was really helpful in building my character.

If you’re thinking of entering go for it! Anything is possible, even if you don’t think you would get anywhere just try you never know what you could find out.

I Met Friends For Life

Me and my friend both decided to enter Miss Cumbria just as a bit of fun, I never expected to get to the final!

The whole day was amazing but getting ready for the show was my favourite bit because that’s when all the girls got to mingle and chat. I met friends for life.

Miss Cumbria has improved my confidence.

Good luck if you’re entering, enjoy every second of it and not enter it with the thought of needing to win!

Everybody is a winner and every contestant is beautiful. The day goes so quick but you meet great people and are part of an amazing experience.

I loved every second and would love to be part of the experience again!

Confidence Boost

I entered Miss Cumbria for a confidence boost and because it was something I had never done before. I wanted to achieve something and feel good about myself.

I enjoyed all of it from choosing outfits to abseiling for the variety club charity. Also meeting the girls and making new friends!

Entering Miss Cumbria gave me the boost I needed and open some doors in modelling.

Helped My Confidence

The fascination of the competition and meeting new people made me enter Miss Cumbria again, from having a great experience the previous year I wanted to try again

Meeting everyone and just the enjoyment of the day, seeing old friends and meeting new was the best part of the day.

Entering certainly helped my confidence and self esteem, made me realise what I could actually do with my life.
