Junior Miss Cumbria is theatre star!
So I’ve had a busy couple of weeks!
On Valentine’s day I had a rehearsal at Stagedright as we had our show the day after. As it was Valentine’s day I decided to make up little bags of sweets to sell at our rehearsal helping fundraise for my charity skydive!
It was lovely to see so many people supporting me and the Stagedright charity, “Toms Room”.
On Saturday I travelled to Keswick it was our 10th anniversary production at theatre by the lake! We performed all of our past productions including Barnum, Beauty and the Beast and Les Miserables!
I was lucky enough to play the part of Belle in Beauty in the Beast which was lovely. We had a dress rehearsal in the morning followed by a matinee and evening performance. We got standing ovations for both!
After an exiting weekend I had a relaxed couple of days at home-with it being half term. I baked a big chocolate cake with my little sister Summer, then we had a picnic and watched Tangled!
I’m also currently planning a charity night to help fundraise for my charity skydive, in which I’m hoping to have live singers and dancers and will take place at the end of March.
Today I went shopping and then went to watch a bubble show in Blackpool tower with my family! We then went to watch my older sister dance in a magic show at the pleasure beach which was amazing! After a busy 2 weeks, I am now sat in the car on the way home from Blackpool with two of my sisters, my mum and my dad.
I’ve had an exiting couple of weeks, hopefully this week will be just as good!!! Lots to luck forward to.
Love Ashleigh xx
